Thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay. My room included central heating, cable channels, and an ironing set. The cost was me$ 88. The location couldn't be more good in a sketchy area. Also, an Ohio university was 2 miles away from the property.

The staff here was always friendly and nice. I had a great night's sleep in a double room with a comfy bed and working bathtubs. It's in a convenient location close to restaurants. However, the area can be a bit sketchy at times. 🌆.

It took only 20 minutes to walk to Zones Y & Z bus stop. I had a great experience at Sunset Motel. The staff here was super friendly and not the annoying type. the location is peaceful and just a stone's throw away from some great restaurants. Plus, it's only 3 miles from that famous Hungry Tree 🌳.
